A blessing to my mind to be free to enter this time of contemplative activity. A blessing to my hands to be the source of creating something of beauty and love. A blessing to my soul to be open to the promptings of prayer and reflection. A blessing to my yarn to be shaped into patterns of love and caring. A blessing on the one who passed this ancient art to me. A blessing on the one who will receive the fruit of my prayer and my yarning.

The impact of yarn
Even though I have not posted on here for a while, I have not stopped crocheting. I continue to create beautiful blankets and other items out of yarn. With each new work, I pray over it and often have a specific person or persons in mind to whom I will bestow my finished project. After I work, I feel centered, calm and able to overcome whatever may be going on in my life. It is my yoga, keeps my sanity and helps me to see the world in a better light; helping people one project at a time.
